TrackMatriX® announces the launch of Augmented Reality (AR) onto its SaaS platform. With the addition of the new feature, the brand hopes to add value to its services and increase customer engagement. 
The newly introduced AR feature comes as an optional add-on to existing TrackMatriX® subscription plans. New and existing subscribers can purchase it through the software’s dashboard or visit the company’s website for the same. 

How it Works

TrackMatriX® executes AR within its platform seamlessly. It’s embedded in the QR code that consumers typically use to authenticate products. Once the QR code identifies a genuine product, the custom AR animation is triggered to display the authenticity status through a web app. The status becomes accessible through a hyperlink on the consumer’s smartphone.
TrackMatriX® subscribers can be creative with the AR content as the software company provides them with a highly customizable interface. From videos to other creative implementations of AR, the subscribers can now communicate more effectively with their customers in one of the most advanced and immersive ways possible.
